Ingredients

  • 1 very ripe banana (with plenty of brown speckles)
  • 1 nectarine or pear
  • 1 Cup packed chopped kale leaves
  • 1 Cup nondairy milk (try almond milk or soymilk for the best flavor)

Preparation

Step 1:

Combine all ingredients in blender.

Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until everything is incorporated.
