28 Day Challenge
Starting on Wednesday Feb 1, 2012 I started my new eating with the 28 Day Challenge and successfully lost 9 pounds in the first week. I went to my second meeting last night and found out that I can infact have carbs!!! I am allowed to eat whole grains and brown rice. I am excited since I can make a number of things easily with those items including peanut butter toast, speghetti and tacos :) I will be posting some recipes soon...
