Day 1
Going good so far...I do feel light headed today. I am not feeling hungry so I am thankful for that! Recipes used:
  • 1 bunch of kale

  • 4 stalks of celery

  • 1 cucumber

  • 2 granny smith apples

  • 1/2 a lemon

  • 1 inch ginger root

  • drink 32 to 64 ounce a day with additional water, coconut water and Cascade Ice or Talking Rain Ice as needed to no feel hungry. If you still feel hungry at dinner time eat a healthy salad with no oil dressing.
