- 1 large cage-free veg fed chicken egg, slightly beaten (or applesauce)
- 1/2 C (12oz) Vanilla Chobani Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 C milk
- Vegetable oil cooking spray
- Maple syrup and mixed berries
