Oct 13th...
I had a serious Carb and Gluten day!!! I guess I will have to start over tomorrow and try again...maybe this weekend will be better! I don't know if it was the rain or just that I was having a bad day but I am trying not to kick myself for the epic falling off the wagon marathon of loaded calories I achieved today :(
